Job Description:
We are sharing a specialised short-term consulting opportunity for experienced real estate professionals with strong expertise in brokerage operations, residential or commercial transactions, client advisory workflows, property documentation, market analysis, and real estate decision-making.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on real estate domain evaluation, professional deliverable creation, peer review, workflow analysis, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply practical brokerage expertise to create and review real estate-related deliverables, assess professional reasoning, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback based on detailed project criteria.

Real Estate Deliverable Development
- Create professional deliverables related to common real estate brokerage requests, transaction workflows, property evaluation, client advisory needs, or market-facing documentation
- Apply practical real estate judgment to scenarios involving buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, property documentation, negotiations, or transaction steps
- Develop clear, accurate, and realistic responses that reflect professional real estate standards and day-to-day brokerage practice
- Support task work involving real-world real estate issues, client-facing communication, and operational decision-making
Brokerage Review & Peer Evaluation
- Review peer-developed real estate deliverables for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and professional relevance
- Evaluate whether deliverables appropriately address transaction context, client needs, compliance considerations, market assumptions, and brokerage workflows
- Identify missing details, weak reasoning, unclear recommendations, unsupported conclusions, or practical issues in real estate-related outputs
- Assess work against structured rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteria
Structured Feedback & Quality Control
- Provide clear, concise, and well-supported written feedback on real estate deliverables
- Explain review decisions with consistency, attention to detail, and professional brokerage judgment
- Follow detailed task instructions and apply review criteria accurately
- Participate in onboarding, calibration, or project alignment activities when required
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, real estate advisory, property transactions, or a closely related real estate field
- Strong understanding of brokerage workflows, transaction processes, client communication, property documentation, market positioning, and real estate decision-making
- Ability to create and review real estate-related written deliverables with accuracy, practicality, and professional judgment
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, clarity, and attention to detail
- Comfort applying structured rubrics, project instructions, and quality criteria consistently
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Strong judgment when identifying incomplete analysis, unclear recommendations, or missing real estate context
Educational Background
- Professional background in real estate brokerage, real estate sales, property advisory, commercial real estate, residential real estate, leasing, valuation, or transaction coordination is highly relevant
- Broker, agent, or real estate license experience may be especially valuable depending on project scope
- Experience with client advisory, transaction documentation, market analysis, listing strategy, negotiation support, or property due diligence may support project fit
- Practical field experience may be considered alongside formal education depending on project requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience preparing listing materials, buyer or seller guidance, transaction summaries, market analyses, property evaluations, or client-facing real estate documentation

Contract Details
