This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems through domain-specific deliverables and review workflows.

Selected professionals will create deliverables based on common requests within their professional domain and review peer-developed outputs to support AI research quality. This opportunity is especially well-suited to concierge professionals with strong written communication skills, independent working ability, and hands-on experience handling service-oriented requests, client expectations, and high-touch coordination workflows.

Create deliverables based on common requests within the concierge and service coordination domain

Peer Review & Quality Improvement
Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
4+ years of professional experience in concierge work or a closely related service-focused domain
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
Strong practical judgment in client service, request handling, and hospitality-oriented coordination
The ability to review peer work thoughtfully and improve output quality through clear feedback
The ability to work independently and manage structured project work effectively

Preferred qualifications

Experience handling high-touch service requests, guest support, lifestyle coordination, or similar concierge-style workflows
Ability to translate real-world service knowledge into structured, high-quality deliverables
Familiarity with workflows that require clear communication, discretion, practical judgment, and responsiveness
Comfort contributing to AI-related research work through realistic professional scenario design and output review

Contract Details

Independent contractor role
Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Hourly compensation of $65–$75 per hour
Expected workload of approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours

Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
