Selected professionals will improve provided documents, spreadsheets, or slide decks based on a pre-set style guide and then document all of the changes they made. This opportunity is especially well-suited to professionals with strong design instincts, careful attention to detail, and the ability to apply formatting and visual standards consistently across different types of business materials.

Style-Guided Visual Improvement
Improve a provided document, spreadsheet, or slide deck based on a pre-set style guide
Apply visual, structural, and formatting improvements with strong consistency and attention to detail
Help ensure that final materials reflect polished, professional, and style-aligned presentation standards

Cross-Format File Enhancement
Work across multiple file types including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Adapt design judgment appropriately depending on the material type and formatting requirements
Maintain high standards for readability, structure, layout quality, and visual coherence

Change Documentation & Quality Tracking
Document all changes made to each task clearly and accurately
Support structured workflows by recording design and formatting adjustments in a clear, reviewable way

Contract Details

Independent contractor role
Fully remote with flexible scheduling

Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
