Job Description:

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced cybersecurity professionals with strong expertise in offensive security and penetration testing.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured technical workflows, security analysis, technical evaluation, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their cybersecurity expertise to review technical content for security risks, identify patterns related to vulnerabilities and attack vectors, assess security implications with precision, follow technical instructions carefully, and contribute to high-quality technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Security Analysis & Vulnerability Review

  • Analyze technical content to identify potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities
  • Apply knowledge of web security, attack patterns, and threat modeling to evaluate system behavior
  • Review technical outputs for security implications and offensive security relevance

Offensive Security Scenario Development

  • Identify patterns related to exploits, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques
  • Craft and solve challenging cybersecurity scenarios with real-world applicability
  • Apply structured reasoning to support high-quality security evaluation workflows

Technical Collaboration & Quality Support

  • Collaborate asynchronously with a team of highly qualified cybersecurity experts
  • Help maintain strong standards for clarity, precision, and technical quality across project work
  • Contribute expert-driven analysis that supports reliable security-focused deliverables

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, web security, and common attack patterns
  • Experience with offensive security, penetration testing, or Capture-the-Flag (CTF) challenges
  • Experience using Python or other technical analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to assess technical content for offensive security risks with strong judgment
  • Experience working across structured technical review or evaluation workflows
  • Comfort contributing in asynchronous, distributed expert environments
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check
