Job Description:
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Radiology professionals experienced in medical imaging interpretation, clinical documentation review, visual document understanding, instruction-following evaluation, grounded task design, and structured rubric development.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI visual document understanding, radiology-domain task creation, grounded response evaluation, instruction-following assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will author complex radiology-related tasks with clear ground-truth outputs, develop objective rubrics, and support structured evaluation work involving visual medical documents and clinical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role may contribute to:
Radiology Visual Task Design
- Author complex, grounded tasks involving radiology-related visual documents, clinical information, and instruction-following requirements
- Create tasks with clear ground-truth outputs, objective answer criteria, and domain-appropriate expectations
- Develop scenarios that test visual document understanding, medical reasoning, information extraction, and radiology-domain interpretation
- Ensure tasks are precise, clinically relevant, and suitable for structured evaluation workflows
AI Response & Instruction-Following Evaluation
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, instruction alignment, and radiology-domain relevance
- Evaluate whether responses correctly interpret visual document content and follow task-specific instructions
- Identify unsupported conclusions, missing details, weak reasoning, unclear references, or incomplete visual understanding
- Assess written outputs against objective rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteria
Rubric Development & Quality Control
- Develop clear rubrics that define expected outputs, acceptable answer ranges, and objective grading standards
- Provide structured written feedback on task quality, response accuracy, and evaluation consistency
- Follow detailed task instructions and apply review criteria accurately across radiology-related assignments
- Participate in onboarding, calibration, or domain alignment activities when required
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain task expectations clearly
- High attention to detail and ability to assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, and instruction alignment
- Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Ability to maintain consistency across detail-oriented review and rubric-based evaluation tasks
Educational Background
- Academic or professional background in Radiology, medicine, medical imaging, healthcare documentation, clinical review, biomedical sciences, or a related field is highly relevant
- Experience with radiology reports, imaging workflows, clinical visual materials, diagnostic documentation, or medical data review may be especially valuable
- Training or professional experience involving medical reasoning, clinical assessment, structured review, or healthcare quality evaluation is relevant
- Advanced clinical, technical, or research experience in radiology-domain work may support project fit depending on scope
Nice to Have
- Experience creating assessment tasks, clinical review materials, medical education content, or structured evaluation rubrics
- Familiarity with visual document understanding, information extraction, instruction-following evaluation, or benchmark-style task design
- Experience reviewing radiology reports, clinical documents, imaging-related materials, or healthcare visual data
- Comfort identifying ambiguity, missing information, unsupported conclusions, or inconsistencies in medical outputs
- Strong ability to design objective criteria for evaluating complex visual or clinical reasoning tasks
Why This Opportunity
- Apply Radiology and medical document expertise to structured remote project work
- Contribute to high-quality AI visual document understanding and radiology-domain evaluation
- Use clinical reasoning, document review, and rubric design strengths in a focused evaluation environment
- Work on flexible assignments aligned with visual interpretation and structured assessment skills
