Selected professionals will join a 1P Retail Operations + Technology team responsible for launching and managing innovative retail stores that create immersive experiences around cutting-edge products. This role is especially well-suited to project managers with strong executional discipline, retail technology experience, and the ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, manageable action plans across diverse cross-functional teams. While the title references Burlingame, the role may support hybrid onsite work across Burlingame, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, or New York depending on business needs.

Cross-Functional Project Delivery
Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives through all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation through completion

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
A Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in project or program management within a direct-to-consumer consumer electronics retailer, manufacturer, technology company, or premium hospitality environment
Proven competence with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, or similar platforms
Deep experience with implementation and development of retail systems including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and demo technologies
Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical teams while keeping initiatives moving forward in fast-paced environments

Preferred qualifications

MBA or other advanced degree
PMP, Agile, or similar advanced project or portfolio management certification
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
